The seating capacity is “2+2”. What does this mean?

This means, that the rear seats do not offer room for two adults. Furthermore, the back seats are facing backwards. Passengers of up to 5 ft - children mostly - will find the rear seating more convenient than in other cars with a 2+2 specification. People who cannot get used to traveling against the driving direction would need to be seated in the front seats. The seating arrangement is a direct consequence of the car structure which in turn is the core of its efficiency and safety.

Can I conveniently adjust the seats of the Loremo?

The seat adjustments of the Loremo are patented and stand for high seating comfort. Changing vertical adjustments leaves the angle between shoulders and headrest unchanged, so that the head can rest in the head rest no matter what angle is chosen. The angle of the seat face adapts to the angle of the backrest, thus providing optimum weight distribution. As a part of the vehicle structure, the seats are not adjustable horizontally. This is compensated for by adjustable pedals that can be moved to and locked in a suitable position.

Can I enter the vehicle with a walking disorder?

Depending on type of disorder the entry may be difficult. In test we conducted a person with leg prosthesis could enter the vehicle without problem.

If you can sit down in an bath tub and get up on your own, it will generally work.

If you need assistance for that, you would need about the same level of assistance in the Loremo.

I am about 6 ft.4". Is the Loremo suitable for me?

The Loremo is designed to give passengers up to 6´ 4" enough room to provide comfortable long distance travel. Passengers above that will probable prefer to use the Loremo on shorter routes.

Could a co passenger attend to a child in the rear?

In normal vehicles, the rear seats are out of reach from the driver seats. In the Loremo however, the communication is improved, as the heads of the back seat passengers are near the heads of the front passengers and communication or eye contact can be easily maintained. In normal vehicles, rear seat passengers tend to lean forward in order to communicate with passengers sitting in the front, which reduces overall security.

Will elderly and frail people be able to access the Loremo?

Entering the Loremo may be difficult for frail or elderly people.

If it is possible for a person to enter and leave a bath tub, it is possible and a lot less dangerous to enter and leave a Loremo. If it is only possible with assistance, then the same would apply to the Loremo.

Will I be able to use standard child seats in the Loremo?

Yes.
