A large crumple zone and a rigid passenger cabin make the Loremo extremely safe. This is not a percieved impression but a tested fact.

The linear cell structure of the Loremo fulfills all static requirements to crash safety and driving dynamics. The structure only weighs 95 kg. It consists of only a few sheet metal components and can therefore be produced at favourable costs. The structure is subject to a worldwide patent (PCT/EP98/01114).

The crash simulation shows an impact against a rigid object at 50 km/h. The front wall is only deformed by 150 mm.
